Article 11 (Formation of Booking and Dispatch)

Since the amount to be paid is not determined before the winning bid, the payment deadline does not run until then. ④ Once payment is completed, the dispatch procedure begins immediately. ⑤ If dispatch is not achieved, the Company cancels the booking and refunds the full amount paid.

Article 12 (Fares)

① The fare is calculated by adding or deducting the following items to or from the sum of the base fare and the distance fare for each vehicle type. 1. Late-night surcharge — 10% of the base fare for rides between 22:00 and 04:00 the following day. The surcharge cannot be waived for bookings in this time slot. 2. Stopover fee — KRW 1,500 per 1 km of detour distance added by the stopover (regardless of region). The direct distance is already calculated in the distance fare and is not charged twice. 3. Add-on options — One-time flat fees for items such as car seats and airport pickets. Round-trip, surcharge, and vehicle type multipliers do not apply. 4. Round trip — 2 times the one-way fare. Add-on options are excluded from the multiplier. ② For routes originating or terminating at Incheon Airport, the fixed regional fare table applies first, and routes not covered by it are calculated at the distance rate. ③ The fare is fixed at the quote at the time of booking, and the amount of a booking already formed does not change even if the rate table is subsequently changed. ④ For domestic bookings, 10% of the total fare is prepaid as the Booking Deposit, and the remaining 90% is paid to the Driver on site at drop-off. When paying with an overseas-issued card, the full amount is prepaid and there is no balance on site.

Corporate deferred payment — limited to corporations that have entered into a separate contract with the Company, with detailed conditions governed by the separate contract. (To be determined) ② The Company does not charge any additional fee of any kind for the method of paying fares. ③ Mileage may be used in units of 10P, and the usage limit per transaction is up to the amount charged at that time (the Booking Deposit for domestic bookings, the full amount for overseas). Mileage may be accumulated and used only by Members who have registered a card. ④ Mileage is not refundable in cash. In the event of a full refund, the Mileage accumulated from the relevant use is reclaimed.

Article 14 (Cancellation and Refund of Bookings)

① When a booking is cancelled for the Customer's own reasons, the refund rate is as follows, based on the time remaining until the scheduled ride time. Cancellation more than 48 hours before the ride : 100% refund of the amount paid Cancellation 24 to 48 hours before the ride : 50% refund of the amount paid Cancellation within 24 hours of the ride : No refund No-show (failure to board) : No refund ※ The basis is the remaining time (in hours), not "how many days before." For example, a cancellation 30 hours before the ride falls within the 24–48 hour range and is refunded at 50%. ② If the ride is not performed for reasons not attributable to the Customer, such as dispatch failure or cancellation attributable to the Driver, the full amount paid is refunded. ③ If the ride is interrupted during the ride for reasons attributable to the Driver (such as an accident), the full amount paid is also refunded. ④ A no-show may be reported only after the Driver has recorded arrival at the pick-up location and waited for at least 5 minutes. If treated as a no-show, the Booking Deposit is not refunded, and the Customer may file an objection thereto. ⑤ If the Driver cancels for reasons attributable to the passenger (no-show, unreachable, incorrect pick-up location), the Company notifies the Customer of the cancellation and the procedure for filing an objection. ⑥ Refunds are processed by the same method as the payment method, and for card payments, it may take 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be actually reflected, depending on the card company.
